My name is Tanguy and I am a qualified native French teacher.

I was born near Paris and I grew up in more than 12 cities throughout France. 

​

I completed my BA in linguistics at the University of Toulouse, France, and the University of Birmingham, UK. Subsequently, I specialised in linguistics and phonetics with an MA from the University of Toulouse, France.
 

​My academic work has involved both theoretical and practical aspects of linguistics. I have developed scientific corpora and conducted analyses of British English accents and French language varieties, contributing to our understanding of linguistic diversity.

​I have over two years of experience teaching French to undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of Birmingham, UK. Additionally, I have tutored French to students applying to prestigious institutions such as the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the University of Birmingham, and the Air France Academy in Toulouse, France.
 

Finally, I have provided French language training to international professionals at leading corporations including Airbus, Sanofi, Bloomberg, Bank of America, and more.
